What this offer is

This document is a public offer from Teamdor studio for the provision of website development, online store, catalog, Telegram bot, automation, redesign, support, SEO, and branding services.

This offer is addressed to any individual, sole proprietor, or company (the “Client”) who contacts Teamdor studio requesting services. By filling in the form on our website, ordering a free prototype, or signing an individual contract, the Client agrees to the terms described below.

If the terms of a specific project differ from this offer, they are set out in a separate contract or order, which takes priority over this document.

Services we provide

Teamdor studio provides services in the following areas:

landing pages, business-card websites, and catalog websites;
online store development;
business process automation;
Telegram bot development;
redesign of existing websites;
technical support after launch;
SEO optimization;
brand development (logo, visual identity).

The exact scope of work, deliverables, and price for a specific project are set out in an individual contract or order, agreed with the Client before work begins.

Free prototype

Before starting paid work, we offer the Client a free, clickable prototype of the future website’s homepage.

Terms of the free prototype:

the prototype is delivered within 48–72 hours of receiving the request;
one prototype is offered per company;
the prototype creates no obligation for the Client — the Client is free to decide whether to continue working with us;
if the prototype does not fit the Client’s needs, the Client owes nothing and pays nothing.

The prototype is a demonstration of our design approach, not a finished product. Full website development begins only after the terms are agreed and payment is made.

Payment terms

Once the Client has approved the prototype and decided to proceed, we agree on a fixed price and deadline for the project, which are recorded in an individual contract or order confirmation.

Payment is made in two steps:

50% prepayment — paid after the prototype and project terms are approved, before full-scale work begins.
Remaining 50% — paid after the work is completed and the website is launched.

For clients based in Ukraine, payments are made in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). For clients based abroad, payments are made in US dollars (USD). The payment method is agreed individually.

Pricing

Indicative prices for service packages are listed on our website. The final price depends on the scope and complexity of the project and the Client’s specific requirements, and is fixed in the individual contract or order before work begins.

We do not unilaterally change the agreed project price unless the scope of work is changed at the Client’s request.

Timelines

A fixed project deadline is set out in the individual contract or order and depends on the scope and complexity of the work.

If a deadline is missed due to our fault, the terms of compensation are as follows: [penalty terms — to be confirmed].

Deadlines may shift if a delay is caused by the Client — for example, late delivery of materials, texts, images, or feedback required for the work.

What the Client receives

Once the project is complete and paid in full, the Client receives:

the website’s source code (or access to it);
access to the domain, if it was registered through us;
instructions for managing the website (if needed).

The Client becomes the full owner of the finished product and may maintain the website independently afterward, or continue working with us for support.

Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty from the date the website launches. The warranty covers fixes for bugs caused by our own errors during development (technical bugs, or functionality not working as agreed in the project brief).

The warranty does not cover:

new design or functionality changes requested by the Client (these are treated as a new order);
issues caused by third parties or by the Client themselves (for example, unauthorized code changes made by other developers);
issues caused by hosting, domain, or third-party services, unless they are part of our support package.

Hosting and domain

Hosting and an SSL certificate are included in the price for the first year after launch, for the packages where this is stated on our website. After the first year, the Client may continue hosting independently or through us, for an additional fee agreed separately.

Client’s responsibilities

For the project to be completed on time and with good quality, the Client agrees to:

provide the necessary materials (texts, images, access credentials) within a reasonable time;
give timely feedback and approve intermediate stages of the work;
make payments on time according to the agreed schedule.

If the Client delays providing materials or payment, the project deadline may be extended accordingly.

Cancellation

The Client may cancel at the free prototype stage with no consequences whatsoever.

If the Client withdraws from the project after making a prepayment, refund terms are discussed individually and depend on the amount of work already completed.

Confidentiality

Any information the Client shares with us as part of the project (business data, access credentials, materials) is used solely to carry out the work and is not shared with third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Changes to this offer

We may update the terms of this public offer from time to time. The current version is always available on our website. For projects already covered by an individual contract, the terms in effect at the time the contract was signed apply.
